Shipping is set by each store

ShopsDoor is a platform operated by Namez AB that hosts independent online stores. Namez AB does not sell, stock or ship products. Every store on ShopsDoor is run by its own Seller, who decides the shipping methods, countries served, delivery times, costs and return procedures for its products.

Where to find a store’s shipping terms

• Shipping options and costs are shown in the store’s checkout before you pay.
• The store’s own shipping and return policy is linked in its footer or legal pages.
• For questions about a delivery, contact the Seller using the contact details on the store or in your order confirmation email.

ShopsDoor subscriptions

ShopsDoor subscriptions are digital services delivered online; nothing is shipped. Access is activated immediately after sign-up or payment.
